WEEK 1 · 3 HOURS
Deep dive into the People Model Canvas as a system. Then master GEPs: the 7 levels of role complexity that form the backbone of everything else. You'll write your first gender-neutral, one-page role description in this session.
WEEK 2 · 3 HOURS
Build a reward policy that's Logical, Objective, Transparent, Universal, and Simple. Link pay to role complexity, not negotiation. You'll leave with a reward policy skeleton you can adapt for your organisation.
WEEK 3 · 3 HOURS
The framework only works if managers use it. Learn the DOT meeting format: structured one-on-ones where feedback is anchored in shared definitions, not opinions. Then practice it: role-play exercises with real scenarios and live coaching.
Walk into any team, profile roles using 7 dimensions, and write one-page GEPs that replace traditional job descriptions.
Build a LOTUS-based pay structure linked to role complexity. Explain every pay decision with data, not negotiation history.
Facilitate structured feedback conversations where calibration replaces opinion. Anchor every discussion in shared definitions.
